Disclaimer: For one-time website builds, all rights and ownership are transferred to the client upon final payment. For monthly website plans, Digital Brewers retains ownership of all website assets, including design, code, content, images, hosting environment, and licensed software. If a subscription is canceled, the website and related materials remain the property of Digital Brewers and will no longer be accessible. Clients may request a full transfer of ownership by purchasing the rights to their website under a separate buy-out agreement.
