Terms of Service – TikTok Application
These Terms of Service (“Terms“) govern your access to and use of the TikTok Poster application (the “Service“). By installing, accessing, or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept all of the Terms, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 13 years old and have a valid TikTok account with Content Posting API permissions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your TikTok credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Description of Service
The Service automates the process of uploading prerecorded videos to your TikTok account via the official TikTok Content Posting API. Features may include (i) video file upload, (ii) caption injection, and (iii) optional draft or direct publishing.
3. User Responsibilities
- Ensure all uploaded content complies with TikTok’s Community Guidelines.
- Obtain all necessary rights, licenses, and consents for media you upload.
- Do not use the Service for any illegal, abusive, or harassing purpose.
4. Content Ownership & License
You retain full ownership of the videos you upload. By using the Service you grant us a limited, non‑exclusive license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
5. Privacy
We do not collect personal data beyond the OAuth tokens and metadata required to interact with TikTok APIs. Tokens are stored securely and used only to perform actions you initiate. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
7. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, including for breach of these Terms or TikTok policies. You may stop using the Service at any time.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maricopa County, Arizona, USA, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law provisions.
